Funds to be used for Taysan copper-gold porphyry project development

Madison, Wis., Jan. 10 - Crazy Horse Resources Inc. announced a brokered private placement of up to C$10 million of common shares at a price of C$1.25 per common share.
The price per share represents an 11.35% discount to the Jan. 7 closing share price of C$1.41.
NCP Northland Capital Partners Inc. is the agent for the offering.
Net proceeds will be used to further develop the company's Taysan copper-gold porphyry project in the Philippines.
Closing of the offering is expected to occur on Jan. 25.
Crazy Horse is a Vancouver, B.C.-based mineral exploration company.
