China’s Country Garden plans new dollar-denominated notes

Chicago, March 27 – Country Garden Holdings Co. Ltd. is proposing to conduct an international offering of new dollar-denominated senior notes, according to a notice.

Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs (Asia) LLC, BNP Paribas, HSBC and ICBC (Asia) are the joint bookrunners, joint lead managers and joint global coordinators for the Regulation S offering.

Proceeds will be used mainly to refinance existing offshore debt.

Country Garden is a Foshan, China-based real estate developer.
