China’s Country Garden plans to issue notes via five bookrunners

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 19 – China’s Country Garden Holdings Co. Ltd. is looking to issue dollar-denominated notes with bookrunners BNP Paribas, BOC International, Goldman Sachs, HSBC and JPMorgan, according to a company notice.

The proceeds from the Regulation S deal will be used to refinance existing debt and general corporate purposes.

The proposed notes issue is subject to market conditions and investor interest, the notice said.

Country Garden is a Foshan, China-based real estate developer focused on large-scale residential communities.
