China's Country Garden plans offering of 7.5-year senior notes

New York, Sept. 24 - Country Garden Holdings Co. Ltd. is planning an offering of 7.5-year senior notes in the international markets, according to a company announcement.

Goldman Sachs (Asia) LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities plc will be global coordinators and together with BOCI Asia Ltd., HSBC and ICBC International Capital Ltd. will also be joint bookrunners and lead managers.

Proceeds from the note sale will be used to fund existing and new real estate projects and for general corporate purposes.

Country Garden is a Foshan, China-based real estate developer focused on large-scale residential communities.
