Moody's: Country Garden view positive

Moody's Investors Service said it changed the outlook for the corporate family and senior unsecured debt ratings of Country Garden Holdings Co. Ltd. to positive from stable.

Moody's also affirmed both ratings.

"The positive outlook reflects Country Garden's strong pre-sales performance in the past year. Moody's believes the company can sustain its sales momentum, given China's stabilizing property market in the next 12-18 months," Moody's vice president and senior analyst Lina Choi said in a news release.
