Fitch cuts Risland (Thailand) debentures

Fitch Ratings said it downgraded the national long-term ratings on the guaranteed debentures of Risland (Thailand) Co. Ltd. to BBB+(tha) from A(tha). Country Garden Holdings Co. Ltd. guarantees the debentures.

The agency removed the ratings from rating watch negative and assigned a negative outlook.

The downgrade follows the recent downgrade of the guarantor’s long-term issuer default ratings to BB- from BB+ with a negative outlook, Fitch said.
