Fitch places Risland debentures on watch

Fitch Ratings (Thailand) said it placed the AA(tha) national long-term ratings on the guaranteed debentures of Risland (Thailand) Co. Ltd. (RLT) on rating watch negative. Country Garden Holdings Co. Ltd. guarantees the debentures.

“The RWN on RLT's debentures follows placement of CGH's ratings on RWN on June 8, 2022. Fitch will resolve the RWN on RLT's guaranteed debentures after the RWN on CGH's long-term issuer default rating (IDR) is resolved. The national long-term ratings on RLT's guaranteed debentures may be downgraded by multiple notches should Fitch take negative rating action on CGH's ratings,” Fitch said in a press release.
