Country Garden repurchases total of $14.1 million 7 1/8% notes due 2022

Lexington, Ky., Dec. 30 – Country Garden Holdings Co. Ltd. has now repurchased $14.1 million of its 7 1/8% senior notes due 2022 (ISIN: XS1880450140) on the open market, according to an announcement.

The repurchased notes will be canceled.

The company stated that it will monitor market conditions and may repurchase senior notes when appropriate.

Country Garden is a Foshan, China, real estate developer.
