Country Garden to fully redeem 7 1/8% senior notes due April 2022

New York, Jan. 7 – Country Garden Holdings Co. Ltd. plans to fully redeem its $550 million outstanding 7 1/8% senior notes due April 2022, according to a company announcement.

The notes will be redeemed at 103.5625 plus interest on Feb. 5.

Citicorp International Ltd. is the trustee.

Country Garden is a Foshan, China, real estate developer.
