China’s Country Garden to redeem all outstanding 7¼% notes due 2021

Chicago, July 29 – Country Garden Holdings Co. Ltd. plans to redeem in full all outstanding 7¼% senior notes due 2021 on Aug. 28 at par plus interest, according to a company announcement.

The outstanding principal amount of the 2021 notes is $750 million.

The 2021 notes will be canceled and delisted upon redemption.

Country Garden is a Foshan, China, real estate developer.
