407 International calls all 5.1% senior notes due 2014 for redemption

Kansas City, Kan., April 25 - 407 International Inc. will redeem all of its outstanding 5.1% senior medium-term notes, series 09-42, due Jan. 20, 2014, according to a news release.

The notes will be redeemed on May 25 at C$1,046.43 per C$1,000 principal amount of the notes, plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The company said it would fund the redemption with proceeds from its $400 million sale of 4.19% senior medium-term notes, series 12-A1.

BNY Trust Co. of Canada is the trustee.

407 International owns and operates Highway 407 in Canada. The company is based in Woodbridge, Ont.
