New Issue: Venezuela's CAF sells CHF 250 million 1 3/8% notes due 2021 at 55 bps over mid-swaps

Atlanta, Jan. 14 - Venezuela's Corporacion Andina de Fomento (CAF) priced a CHF 250 million issue of 1 3/8% notes due Feb. 11, 2021 (Aa3/AA-/A+) at 100.094 to yield mid-swaps plus 55 basis points, a market source said.
Credit Suisse was the bookrunner for the deal.
CAF is a lender based in Caracas, Venezuela.
