Atlanta, Jan. 10 - CorpBanca SA priced $800 million of 3 1/8% five-year notes (Baa1/BBB+/) at 99.473 to yield 3.24%, or Treasuries plus 245 basis points, according to a market source and a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC were the bookrunners for the SEC-registered deal.
The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, primarily to fund lending activities.
The notes include a make-whole call at Treasuries plus 35 bps.
CorpBanca is a financial institution based in Santiago, Chile.
