Chile's CorpBanca plans dollar notes via Citigroup, JPMorgan

Atlanta, Jan. 3 - Chile's CorpBanca SA is planning a dollar-denominated issue of senior notes, according to a company filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Citigroup and JPMorgan are bookrunners for the deal. CorpBanca Corredores de Bolsa SA is co-manager.

The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, primarily to fund lending activities.

The notes include a make-whole call.

CorpBanca is a financial institution based in Santiago.
