Ahern Rentals to start roadshow Tuesday for $175 million eight-year notes

St. Louis, Aug. 1 - Ahern Rentals Inc. will start a roadshow on Tuesday for its $175 million offering of eight-year second priority senior secured notes (B3/B-), according to an informed source.

Pricing is expected on Aug. 11.

CIBC World Markets has the books for the Rule 144A with registration rights offering. Banc of America Securities LLC is the co-manager.

The notes will come with four years of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to repay debt.

Ahern Rentals is a Las Vegas-based equipment rental business that operates throughout the southwestern United States.
