AGS readies Thursday launch for new credit facility

New York, May 12 – AGS is scheduled to hold a bank meeting on Thursday to launch a new credit facility, according to a market source.

Jefferies Finance LLC and Macquarie Capital (USA) Inc. are the leads on the deal.

Proceeds will be used, among other things, to refinance the company’s existing credit facility, the source said.

AGS is a Las Vegas-based designer and manufacturer of gaming products for the casino floor.
