AGR Petroleum Services to redeem all senior secured bonds due 2018

Norfolk, Va., Sept. 2 – AGR Petroleum Services Holdings AS said it will redeem all of its senior secured bonds due 2018, according to a notice from Nordic Trustee.

The notes will be redeemed at 101 plus accrued interest on Sept. 15.

The Norway-based company provides services and technology to the oil and gas industry.
