By Caroline Salls

Pittsburgh, July 11 – Constellation Enterprises LLC’s asset sale timeline has been extended, according to a notice filed Friday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Specifically, the bid deadline was extended to 5 p.m. ET on July 25 from July 11, and the auction will be held on July 28, if necessary, extended from July 14.

The date of the sale hearing, which was originally scheduled for July 22, has not yet been determined.

Constellation Enterprises is based in Youngstown, Ohio. It has three divisions: Commercial Metal Forming manufactures tank head and tank head accessories; Jorgensen Forge manufactures highly engineered, specialty alloy, open die forgings from high value titanium, aluminum, and steel alloy materials; and Zero Manufacturing makes deep-drawn and fabricated aluminum cases, molded plastic cases, enclosures and assemblies. The company filed for bankruptcy on May 16 under Chapter 11 case number 16-11213.
