Moody's reviews Agrium

Moody's Investors Service said it placed Agrium Inc.'s Baa2 senior unsecured rating under review for downgrade.

The review was prompted by the recent announcement that Agrium has made an unsolicited offer for CF Industries Holdings, Inc., according to the agency.
