New Issue: TD Bank sells $510,000 capped notes due 2022 tied to three stocks

Olympia, Wash., May 28 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $510,000 of capped notes due May 18, 2022 linked to the least performing of the common stocks of ConocoPhillips, Chevron Corp. and Exxon Mobil Corp., according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the return of each stock is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the return of the least performing stock, subject to a maximum payout of $1,250 per $1,000 of notes.

If any stock finishes at or below its initial level, the payout will be par.
