Moody's: ViaOeste notes Baa3

Moody's America Latina said it assigned a Baa3 rating on the global scale and an Aa1.br Brazilian national scale rating to Concessionaria de Rodovias do Oeste de Sao Paulo - ViaOeste SA's R$750 million subordinated debentures.

At the same time, Moody's placed all of ViaOeste's ratings under review for a possible upgrade.

Moody's said the possible upgrade reflects its expectation that ViaOeste will continue to present solid operational performance and strong financial indicators in line with its rating category, and that the refinancing of the outstanding amount of the first and second debenture issuances will take place pursuant to the conditions presented by ViaOeste to Moody's.
