Artis Capital Management reports to 5.3% passive stake in Comverse Technology

Philadelphia, Oct. 22 - Artis Capital Management, LP reported a 5.3% investment in Comverse Technology, Inc. as of Sept. 30, according to an SC 13G filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The passive stake represents 10,852,766 shares of common stock.

Comverse is a New York-based provider of communications and billing software and services.
