CompuCom Systems launches credit facility amendment to lenders

New York, March 13 - CompuCom Systems Inc. launched an amendment to its credit facility and is seeking consents by Friday, according to a market source.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is leading the amendment.

CompuCom is a Dallas-based IT outsourcing specialist.
