Agilysys tender offer undersubscribed; final results released

Charlotte, N.C., Sept. 26 - Agilysys, Inc. accepted for purchase 4,653,287 shares of its common stock at a price of $18.50 per share for a total cost of $86.1 million, excluding fees and expenses.

The shares were tendered under the company's Dutch auction tender offer, which ended Sept. 19.

The results are the final count by National City Bank, the depositary for the tender offer, according to a company news release.

Agilysys, a Boca Raton, Fla., IT solutions provider, began the offer on Aug. 21 for up to 6,000,000 common shares at a price not less than $16.25 or greater than $18.50 per share.
