Agilent to offer senior notes via Barclays, JPMorgan and MUFG

Chicago, Sept. 5 – Agilent Technologies, Inc. is selling senior notes, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission and a press release.

The notes have a make-whole call feature and then will be callable at par.

Proceeds will be used to fund the redemption of the company’s outstanding 5% senior notes due 2020. Any remaining proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
