Agilent offering 10-year senior notes via BNP, Citi, Credit Suisse

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 15 – Agilent Technologies, Inc. is selling senior notes due 2026, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes have a make-whole call until three months before maturity and are then callable at par.

BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC are the bookrunners. Barclays, HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., Lloyds Securities and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the co-managers.

Proceeds will be used to repay debt under a revolving credit facility due Sept. 15, 2019 and for general corporate purposes. As of July 31, the company had $236 million outstanding on the revolver.

The bio-analytic and electronic measurement technology company is based in Santa Clara, Calif.
