Agilent Technologies to redeem 3.2% senior notes due 2022

New York, March 3 – Agilent Technologies Inc. plans to redeem its 3.2% senior notes due 2022, according to a news release.

The notes will be redeemed using proceeds from an offering of senior notes.

Remaining proceeds from the new notes will be used to pay down borrowings under the company’s commercial paper program and for general corporate purposes.

The bio-analytic and electronic measurement technology company is based in Santa Clara, Calif.
