Agilent Technologies intends to price offering of senior notes

Knoxville, Tenn., June 1 – Agilent Technologies, Inc. is selling senior notes, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes have a make-whole call and then are callable at par.

BofA Securities Inc., Mizuho Securities USA Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the bookrunners. The co-managers are Academy Securities Inc., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc. and Penserra Securities LLC.

Proceeds will be used to repay debt under a term loan facility and for general corporate purposes.

The bio-analytic and electronic measurement technology company is based in Santa Clara, Calif.
