Communications Capital Group completes $75 million term loan

New York, Sept. 20 - Communications Capital Group LLC closed on an up to $75 million senior secured term loan, according to a news release.

Macquarie Bank led the deal.

Proceeds will be used to fund acquisitions of cellular ground leases and other wireless infrastructure assets.

Communications Capital Group is a Roswell, Ga.-based owner of wireless assets and provider of financial alternatives to landlords, tower companies, and carriers in the telecommunications sector.
