Commonwealth Bank of Australia buys back €2.73 million notes due 2013

San Diego, Oct. 11 - Commonwealth Bank of Australia said it has repurchased €2.73 million of notes indexed to a basket of five Asian indexes due April 22, 2013 (ISIN: XS0357888915) on Oct. 10, according to a company filing with the London Stock Exchange.

Following the transaction, the outstanding balance of the securities will be €10,243,000.

The financial services company is based in Sydney, Australia.
