Commonwealth Bank of Australia plans to price notes due 2031, 2041; price talk emerges

New York, March 2 – Commonwealth Bank of Australia is planning to price two series of notes due in 10 years and 20 years, according to a market source on Tuesday.

The notes due March 11, 2031 were initially talked at the 150 basis points to 155 bps area over Treasuries. The notes due March 11, 2041 were initially talked at the 145 bps area over Treasuries.

BofA, Citigroup, HSBC and Morgan Stanley are the bookrunners.

The banking and financial services company is based in Sydney, Australia.
