New Issue: Mexico's CFE sells Ps. 2 billion certificados bursatiles at 91-day Cetes plus 49 bps

Pittsburgh, June 7 - Mexico's Comision Federal de Electricidad sold an additional Ps. 2 billion of its certificados bursatiles due April 15, 2016 at auction Tuesday to yield 91-day Cetes plus 49 basis points.

CFE sold 20 million of the certificates at a price of Ps. 100 each in Tuesday's auction, and has now issued Ps. 4 billion of the certificates.

Proceeds will be used to finance public projects.

The auction was 1.62 times oversubscribed.

The joint agents were Casa de Bolsa BBVA Bancomer SA de CV, Grupo Financiero BBVA Bancomer, HSBC Casa de Bolsa, SA de CV, Grupo Financiero HSBC e IXE Casa de Bolsa, SA de CV, IXE Grupo Financiero.
