Columbia Absolute Return Emerging Markets Macro Fund drops Peta

San Luis Obispo, Calif., Feb. 18 - Columbia Funds Series Trust II announced a change to the portfolio management team of its Columbia Absolute Return Emerging Markets Macro Fund, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Henry Stipp and James B. Carlen are the portfolio managers. John Peta is no longer part of the portfolio management team.

The fund seeks long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in sovereign debt obligations, currencies and interest rates of emerging market countries.

Boston-based Columbia Management Investment Advisers, LLC is the investment adviser to the fund.
