New York, Sept. 27 - Agence Francaise de Developpement priced $1 billion of five-year notes (Aaa/AAA/) on Thursday to yield mid-swaps plus 85 basis points, or Treasuries plus 99.6 bps, a market source said.
The notes were sold at 99.959 under Regulation S.
Bookrunners were BNP Paribas Securities Corp. Daiwa Securities America Inc. and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc.
The issuer provides development and financing assistance to developing countries.
