Chicago, Sept. 12 – Agence Francaise de Developpement priced €500 million of 3.75% 15-year sustainable bonds on Tuesday, according to information from a sellside source.
The bonds priced at a 99.033 discount to yield 3.836%, or at mid-OATs plus 39 basis points.
Guidance started on Tuesday morning in the mid-OATs plus 43 bps area.
BNP Paribas (billing and delivery), Citi, JPMorgan and Natixis were the bookrunners.
Proceeds will be used to finance or refinance eligible sustainable expenditures.
The size was set before pricing. The order book went over €4 billion.
The Paris-based issuer provides development and financing assistance to developing countries.
