Chicago, Jan. 12 – Agence Francaise de Developpement (AA/AA) priced €1.5 billion of 2.875% seven-year sustainable bonds on Thursday, according to an informed source.
The bonds priced at 99.425 to yield 2.967%, or at interpolated mid-OATs plus 51 basis points. Guidance was in the 53 bps area.
Barclays, BNP Paribas, BofA Securities, Citi and Societe Generale are the joint lead managers.
Final books were in excess of €2.1 billion, including joint lead manager interest.
Proceeds will be used to finance or refinance eligible sustainable expenditures.
The Paris-based issuer provides development and financing assistance to developing countries.
