France’s AFD mandates bookrunners for seven-year sustainable offer
Chicago, Jan. 11 – Agence Francaise de Developpement (AA/AA) is planning an upcoming offering of seven-year sustainable bonds maturing in January 2030, according to a market source.
The benchmark offer will be euro-denominated.
The agency mandated Barclays, BNP Paribas, BofA Securities, Citi and Societe Generale as joint lead managers for the bonds.
Proceeds will be used to finance or refinance eligible sustainable expenditures.
The Paris-based issuer provides development and financing assistance to developing countries.
