New Issue: France’s AFD sells €1.2 billion 3.5% sustainable notes due 2033

Los Angeles, Oct. 21 – Agence Francaise de Developpement priced €1.2 billion of 3.5% sustainable notes due Feb. 25, 2033, according to a notice.

The stabilization coordinator was Commerzbank AG. The stabilizing managers were Credit Agricole CIB, Morgan Stanley, NatWest Markets and Societe Generale.

The Paris-based issuer provides development and financing assistance to developing countries.
