CollegeInvest, Colo., may sell loans securing student loan obligations

Knoxville, Tenn., April 15 - CollegeInvest of Colorado said it plans to sell the student loans securing its student loan revenue obligations.

The proceeds of such a sale could be used to pay, redeem or defease the obligations. It is likely that all of the obligations will be redeemed at par if the sale occurs.
