Colgate-Palmolive talks five-, 10-year notes for Wednesday pricing

Virginia Beach, Feb. 26 - Colgate-Palmolive Co. is talking an offering of five- and 10-year notes (Aa3/AA-/AA-) for pricing in Wednesday's session, according to a market source.

There will be five-year notes, with guidance in the low Treasuries plus 40 basis points area, along with 10-year notes talked in the high 70 bps area, the source said.

Bookrunners are Goldman Sachs & Co. Inc., Wells Fargo Securities LLC and Citigroup Global Markets Inc.

Colgate-Palmolive is a New York City-based consumer products company.
