Colgate-Palmolive plans dollar-denominated three-part note offering

Chicago, Feb. 27 – Colgate-Palmolive Co. is offering three tranches of senior notes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

There will be make-whole call options and par call options, but all three notes may not have both.

BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC. and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC are listed as joint bookrunners.

Bank of New York Mellon will be the trustee.

Hogan Lovells US LLP is advising the issuer, and Mayer Brown LLP is providing legal counsel for the underwriters.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including the retirement of commercial paper.

The company, focused on oral, personal and home care and pet nutrition, is based in New York City.
