Buffalo, N.Y., Aug. 1 – Colgate-Palmolive Co. intends to price a three-part offering of senior notes via five bookrunners, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Each tranche will feature a make-whole call followed by a par call.

Barclays, BofA Securities, Inc., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc. are the joint bookrunning managers for the offering.

The consumer products company is based in New York City.
