Colgate-Palmolive to redeem 2.45% notes due 2021, 2.3% notes due 2022

New York, Nov. 18 – Colgate-Palmolive Co. plans to redeem all of its outstanding 2.45% medium-term notes due 2021 (Cusip: 19416QDY3) and all outstanding 2.3% medium-term notes due 2022 (Cusip: 19416QDZ0), according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be redeemed at their make whole value, plus interest.

Colgate-Palmolive plans to use cash on hand and its commercial paper program to finance the redemption of the notes at the redemption price.

Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.

The consumer products company is based in New York City.
