Codfarmers to pay Nov. 30 interest in kind on 15%/10% convertibles

Chicago, Oct. 18 - Codfarmers ASA chose to pay in kind the Nov. 30 interest on its 15%/10% senior convertible bonds due 2013, according to an announcement by loan trustee Norsk Tillitsmann ASA.

The cod farming company is based in Oslo.
