New Issue: CLP Power sells A$24 million 2.99% notes due 2036

Buffalo, N.Y., May 25 – CLP Power Hong Kong Financing Ltd. sold A$24 million 2.99% notes due 2036, issued under the company’s $4.5 billion medium-term notes program, according to a notice Tuesday.

Notes sold under the program are guaranteed by parent company CLP Power Hong Kong Ltd.

The dealer is Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Ltd.

The listing is expected to become effective on Thursday.

CLP Power Hong Kong Financing Ltd. is a subsidiary of CLP Power Hong Kong Ltd.
