Moody's: Cloud Peak unaffected

Moody's Investors Service said that the ratings of Cloud Peak Energy are not immediately affected by the company's announcement that it acquired Youngs Creek, CX Ranch and associated assets in Montana and Wyoming from Chevron USA and Consol Energy for $300 million in cash.
