Cleveland County Educational Facilities, Okla., eyes $102.72 million deal

New York, March 14 – The Cleveland County Educational Facilities Authority of Oklahoma is expected to price $102,715,000 of series 2016 educational facilities lease revenue bonds, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds will be sold through D.A. Davidson & Co. as the senior manager.

The bonds are due 2017 to 2023.

Proceeds will be used to acquire, construct, improve, equip and renovate school facilities.
