Cleveland County Educational, Okla., organizes $67.9 million bond deal

New York, May 15 - The Cleveland County Educational Facilities Authority of Oklahoma is set to price $67,995,000 of series 2013 educational facilities lease revenue bonds, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds will be sold through senior manager D.A. Davidson & Co.

The bonds are due 2014 to 2018.

Proceeds will be used to construct two new elementary schools and a new junior high school, as well as to make repairs and improvements to existing school facilities.
