Clayton Williams to repay revolver via new notes offering proceeds

Minneapolis, Sept. 23 - Clayton Williams Energy, Inc. plans to repay borrowings outstanding under its revolving credit facility with the proceeds from a new notes offering, according to a press release.

Clayton Williams Energy is an independent energy company located in Midland, Texas.
