India's Classic Diamonds OKs convertibles issue

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 31 - Classic Diamonds India Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it plans to issue convertible bonds at an extraordinary general meeting on Jan. 31.

The company approved the bonds at a board of directors meeting on Dec. 12.

Based in Mumbai, India, Classic Diamonds exports diamonds and gold-studded jewelry.
